The KAR office opened to staff on Monday, May 4, 2020.  In addition to staff, only deliveries and scheduled appointments will be allowed into the KAR office until further notice.  If you need to personally visit the KAR office, please call 800-366-0069 to schedule an appointment.

No one will be allowed to enter the KAR office if they have any of the following:

• Fever
• Cough
• Shortness of breath
• Have been exposed to someone with suspected or confirmed illness with COVID-19 within the last 30 days

No one will be allowed to enter the KAR office if they have any two of the following:

• Intestinal distress including nausea and/or diarrhea
• Pink eye
• Sore throat
• Sudden loss of smell or taste sensation without a known cause
• Fatigue/joint aches
• Chest congestion
• Headache
