- Exhibitor Set Up – Tuesday, October 6, 2026, 3-6pm – ALL BOOTHS MUST BE SET UP BY TUESDAY 6 PM (Our first conference event will begin at 6am Wednesday, so we are asking booths to be set up on time and not impede member traffic to conference events)
- Vendor Expo Dates & Times – Wednesday, October 7, 2026, 8am-4pm and Thursday, October 8, 2026, 8am-4pm
Mixer – Wednesday, October 7, 2026 5:30-6:30pm (Open to Platinum – Bronze exhibitors and sponsors) - Exhibitor Booth Tear Down – Thursday, October 8, 2026, 4-7pm.
