Dues Deadlines
Renewing Members:
Dues for the membership year beginning January 1, 2026, are due and payable on or before January 1, 2026,
and are delinquent February 16, 2026. Any member board or individual member submitting dues after
February 16, 2026, for an existing member as of January 1, 2026, shall be assessed a late fee of $10.00 per
member. The membership of any member delinquent in payment of such dues on March 31, 2026, shall
automatically terminate on April 1, 2026.
New Members:
New member dues are assessed from the date of licensure.
THERE WILL BE NO LATE CHARGES CHARGED ON NEW MEMBER DUES IN 2026.

REALTOR® Emeritus Application
April is the deadline for application submissions for award approvals in May. The application process for this deadline opens every Jan 15.
October is the deadline for application submissions for award approvals in November. The application process for this deadline opens every June 15.
