Who can participate as a Sponsor or Exhibitor?
Any company or entity that provides a product or service to assist the Kansas REALTORS® in the success of their day-to-day operations is welcome to participate.
How many members attend the conference?
On average, we have 275 members attending our Annual Conference.
How many exhibitors are there at KR Conferences?
There are typically 15-25 exhibitor booths at our Annual Conference. We also offer sponsorship opportunities at both our Annual Conference.
What does a booth package include?
Depending on the conference and the package you select, (1) or (2) 6’ or 8’ skirted table (depending on the venue), two chairs, access to event Wi-Fi, the opportunity to order electricity (fees apply – see vendor agreement for details), and two lunch vouchers or box lunches for each exhibitor day.
How many people will be allowed to staff the booth?
Up to two people will be allowed to staff each booth. For additional staff, a fee of $75 per additional staff person will be applied to your bill.
What forms of payment are accepted?
We accept cash, checks, and credit cards.
Can you customize a sponsorship?
Yes, we are open to exploring sponsorship ideas to meet your individual marketing goals and budget.
When are the exhibitor booth set-up times?
The set-up times are communicated by KR to our exhibitor and sponsor community but in general, it is typically the day prior to the conference opening between the hours of 3 p.m. to 6 p.m.
When are the exhibitor booth breakdown times?
The exhibitor booth breakdown times are communicated by KR to our exhibitor and sponsor community but in general, it is typically right after the last day of exhibiting from 5-7pm.
What are the exhibit hours?
The exhibit hours are communicated directly to the exhibitors and sponsors and on our event agenda.
Can I attend KR educational sessions during the conferences?
To maximize our member’s experience with the Vendor Expo, we ask our exhibitors to network with our members from your booths during the Vendor Expo hours.
Can I attend the member mixers during the conference?
There is a mixer to celebrate our exhibitors and sponsors with our members. Check your exhibitor package for details to attend this event. For all other networking events, if the event/mixer schedule does not conflict with the Vendor Expo or is not listed as an “Invitation Only” event, you are welcome to attend the mixer. If it is not listed as a mixer, and you are unsure if an event on the schedule is open to Vendors, just ask one of the KR Staff members.
