The National Flood Insurance Program (NFIP) has released the 2015 rate changes, which will take effect on April 1, 2015. Overall, premiums will increase by an average of ten percent. These increases are much smaller than they have been in previous years due to legislative action by Congress at the request of REALTORS®.
