Major Changes to Kansas Mortgage Tax and Document Recording Fees Coming on January 1, 2015

mortgage photoBeginning on January 1st, the Kansas mortgage registration tax will take the first step of a five-year phase-out and document recording fees will increase slightly for all Kansans who record real estate documents.
