• Exhibitor Set Up – Monday, October 6, 2025, 3-6pm – ALL BOOTHS MUST BE SET UP BY MONDAY 6 PM (Our first conference event will begin at 6am Tuesday, so we are asking booths to be set up on time and not impede member traffic to conference events)
• Vendor Expo Dates & Times – Tuesday, October 7, 2025, 8am-4pm and Wednesday, October 8, 2025, 8am-4:30pm
  Mixer – Tuesday, October 7, 2025 5-6:30pm (Open to Platinum – Bronze exhibitors and sponsors)
• Exhibitor Booth Tear Down – Wednesday, October 8, 2025, 4-7pm.
