• Exhibitor Set Up – Tuesday, October 1, 2024, 3 p.m. – 6 p.m. – ALL BOOTHS MUST BE SET UP BY TUESDAY 6 P.M. (Our first conference event will begin at 6:00 a.m. Wednesday, so we are asking booths to be set up on time and not impede member traffic to conference events)
• Vendor Expo Dates & Times – Wednesday, October 2, 2024, 8 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. and Thursday, October 3, 2024, 8 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
  Tailgate Olympics Wednesday, October 2, 2024 5-6 p.m. (Open to Platinum – Bronze exhibitors and sponsors)
• Exhibitor Booth Tear Down – Thursday, October 3, 2024, 4 p.m. – 7 p.m.
