Under the Core Standards, every Local Board must have at least one individual certified as a Professional Standards Administrator once every two years. This course fulfills that certification requirement.
If your Local Board does not have at least one individual certified as a Professional Standards Administrator prior to June 1, 2015, your Local Board will not meet the Core Standards requirements.

- Commonly cited violations of the Code
- Processing of ethics complaints
- Processing of arbitration requests
- 2015 changes to the Code and Code of Ethics and Arbitration Manual
