Are you one of America’s Best Agents?

REAL-Trends-logo-Transparent-SquareOn January 13, 2014, REAL Trends will be launching their survey to locate the finest most productive sales agents and sales teams in the country. REAL Trends has done this for the past eight years and last year over 6,700 agents and teams who did more than 50 closed transactions or $20 million in volume applied to be ranked on America’s Best Agents and the very best to be ranked on The Wall Street Journal/REAL Trends Top Thousand.

If you are the representative of a local MLS or brokerage, you may supply REAL Trends with a list of those agents who are anywhere near qualifying and we will take the responsibility to be sure they have the information they need to apply. If you would like to personally apply and qualify, you may also submit your own application.

  • We require at least 50 closed transactions or $20 million in closed sales volume for calendar year 2013 for individual agents and 75 closed transactions or $30 million in closed sales volume for calendar year 2013.
  • We will need permission to get a data read from the MLS either direct from you or through a supplier such as Broker Metrics and again we will accept the responsibility of contacting everyone on that list.
  • We will verify each entry through third party sources and will adhere to a strict definition of teams and individual agents. That is our assurance to you.
