12:00 – 12:30 PM ARRIVAL AND CHECK‐IN
Arrive at the Kansas Capitol, enter through the public entrance on the north side and check‐in with KAR staff on the first floor.
12:30 – 1:30 PM REALTOR® RALLY
Brief update on the 2014 KAR Legislative Agenda from KAR leadership and staff and guest legislative speakers.
12:30 – 1:30 PM BOX LUNCHES
Enjoy a complimentary box lunch before you meet with your legislators on our issues.
1:30 – 4:30 PM LEGISLATOR MEETINGS
You are encouraged to schedule individual meetings with the legislators from your area to discuss our issues. Last bus to the hotel leaves the Capitol at 4:30 PM.
TRANSPORTATION OPTIONS
Limited parking is available in a parking garage located underneath the north side of the Capitol off 8th Street and in the immediate vicinity of the Capitol.
Free shuttle bus transportation will be leaving the Capitol Plaza Hotel for the Capitol at 11:45 AM and 12:00 PM and will return to the Capitol Plaza Hotel at 4:15 and 4:30 PM.
If you would like to ride the free shuttle bus, please park your vehicle at the hotel.
