Right Track Graduating Class 2008

right track 2008The Right Track is the Kansas Association of REALTORS® leadership academy.  Through several retreats, events and projects, the program seeks to identify and equip REALTOR® leaders for future leadership positions in their communities, as well as in the Association. Participation in the program is limited each year to provide REALTORS® with hands-on leadership development experience.

Members of the Class of 2008 include:

Paul Daemen

Paul was a commercial broker associate with Plaza Real Estate in Wichita. He holds the CCIM designation, and is on the Kansas CCIM Chapter’s membership committee. He is also a member of the Wichita Area Association of REALTORS® (WAAR) Grievance Committee and Governmental Affairs Committee. At the state level, he has served as chairperson of the Professional Standards Committee.

Sheri Dyer

Sheri was a broker associate at Reece & Nichols Overland Park. She is a member of the Kansas City Regional Association of REALTORS® (KCRAR) Board of Directors and KC Sunflower Region. Outside of the association, Dyer volunteers with the Junior League of Kansas City and St. Vincent de Paul school.

Shanelle Fields

Shanelle was a sales associate with Century 21 Sheila Burdett Agency in Junction City. She has been licensed since 2007 and worked with several local committees at the Junction City Board of REALTORS®.

Thomas Howe

Thomas was a sales associate at Reece & Nichols Acres Realty in Lawrence. He served as the President of the Lawrence Board of REALTORS® and has served several years on the Board of Directors of the Association. Besides his work in real estate, Thomas has been an officer of the Lawrence Sertoma Club and the Lawrence Public Library.

Liesel Kirk-Fink

Liesel was a sales associate at Kirk & Cobb, Inc. in Topeka. She has served on the Topeka Area Association of REALTORS® (TAAR) education and risk management committees, as well as on the Board of Directors. She has also been an officer for the Topeka Alumnae Panhellenic Council and is a member of the Alpha Chi Omega alumnae.

Scott Lane

Scott was a vice president at Reece & Nichols Mission in Prairie Village. He has served as a Director for KCRAR; on the KCRAR grievance committee; and as a mediator. He also volunteers at St. Ann’s Catholic Church, and is a co-founder of K.C. Modern, a historic preservation group.

Charlotte Patterson

Charlotte was a sales associate at Prudential Dinning-Beard in Wichita. Besides her work in real estate, she also volunteers as an officer at Connections of Wichita and with the McCollom Elementary PTO. She also has written for Women’s Focus Magazine.

Carol Ronnebaum

Carol was a sales associate with Coldwell Banker Griffith & Blair in Topeka. She has served on the TAAR Board of Directors for several years, and is a member of the member activities committee. She was also honored with the TAAR Member of the Year Award. Carol also volunteers with Val Gals and has raised funds for the Topeka Fire Department.

Sharon Taylor

Sharon was a sales associate with Re/Max Realty Professionals in Wichita. Besides her work in real estate, Sharon is the founder of the Vickie Lynn Tucker Fund with the Shrine Bowl of Kansas, and also volunteers with Team Mum.

Shonda Vaughan

Shonda was a sales associate with Re/Max First REALTORS® in Overland Park. She serves on the KCRAR housing opportunity committee, and co-chairs the communications advisory group. She also serves as an officer in the Johnson County WCR Chapter, and has chaired the Cedar Hills PTO Family Night Supper.

Christian Zarif

Christian was a sales associate with Prudential Kansas City Realty in Overland Park. She has served several committees at KCRAR and on the Vision Team at KAR. She is also a volunteer for the Greater Kansas City Sigma Kappa Alumnae Association, and the Blue Valley Special Olympics.
