Right Track Graduating Class 2007

Nine Kansas REALTORS® completed the prestigious leadership program of the Kansas Association of REALTORS® as the Class of 2007. The REALTORS®, who represented all corners of the state, were part of the fifth annual class of The Right Track: Leadership In Motion.

Through The Right Track, the Kansas Association of REALTORS® seeks to identify and equip REALTOR® leaders for future leadership positions in their communities, as well as in the Association. Participation in the program is limited to a small number of REALTORS® annually.

REALTORS® learn different leadership styles and philosophies, attend a spokesperson training class, and are advised on the responsibilities and expectations of leaders in non-profit groups. They also complete leadership projects and teambuilding exercises during the retreats.
