Right Track Graduating Class 2003

Twelve Kansas REALTORS® completed the prestigious leadership program of the Kansas Association of REALTORS last fall. The REALTORS, who represented all corners of the state, were part of the charter class of The Right Track: Leadership In Motion.

Through The Right Track, the Kansas Association of REALTORS® seeks to identify and equip REALTOR® leaders for future leadership positions in their communities, as well as in the Association. Participation in the program is limited to 12 REALTORS® annually.

REALTORS® learn different leadership styles and philosophies, attend a spokesperson training class, and are advised on the responsibilities and expectations of leaders in non-profit groups. They also complete leadership projects and teambuilding exercises during the retreats.
