HOTEL RESERVATIONS can be made by calling the Hyatt at 888-421-1442 or click here for online reservations. The reservation deadline for the special room rate is Friday, September 5!
CANCELLATIONS and refunds will be processed after the Conference. Cancellation requests and changes must be made in writing by September 19, 2014. Cancellation requests will not be honored after September 19, 2014. A processing fee of $25 per person will be assessed for cancellations made for any reason.
TICKETS for education sessions and optional activities are granted on a first-come, first-served basis. All sales are final. All advance-purchase tickets will be in your packet at the registration desk at the Conference.

SPECIAL NEEDS or special services will be accommodated to the best of our ability. If you require special services or if you have special dietary requirements (including food allergies or requests for vegetarian meals) please attach a written description of your needs and send it to KAR with your registration form. Special needs cannot be guaranteed.
CONTINUING EDUCATION classes will start at their scheduled times. Please be seated at least 5 minutes prior to start of the class. People not seated at the start of class jeopardize their continuing education credit.
CONFIRMATIONS will be emailed for registrations received by September 19.
