Bobbi Howe is a second-generation real estate professional with over 28 years of active REALTOR® experience and is an owner of RE/MAX Professionals in St Joseph, Missouri. Past President of both the Kansas City Regional Association and the St Joseph Regional Association of REALTORS®, Bobbi served as President of the Missouri REALTORS® in 2025. She is currently the NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS®’ Vice President of Association Affairs and part of the National Leadership Team.
Bobbi is passionate about real estate professionals finding success through life balance, purposeful planning, and mental well-being.

John T. Christy is a Kansas City–based financial planner who discovered his passion for teaching finance and economics while studying at Kansas State University and later earned his CFP® certification from UMKC.
Over more than 20 years, he has built a career focused on empowering clients and advisors alike, with a strong emphasis on integrating passive and active real estate investing into holistic wealth management strategies.
As founder of Craft & Sage Wealth, he combines his professional expertise, personal real estate experience, community involvement and family life, aiming to help clients confidently navigate financial decisions and define their own version of wealth.

Matt Christopherson is the Director of Business and Consumer Research at the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR) in Washington, D.C.
In his role, Matt conducts member and consumer survey research on a wide array of topics impacting real estate, including firm operations, international buyers, migration trends, and other emerging issues.
He holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing and Global Supply Chain from the University of South Carolina and a Master’s in Marketing Research and Analytics from Michigan State University.
Matt works to ensure that NAR members are equipped with data-driven tools to thrive in an ever-evolving market.
Shaleah Argeris

Shaleah brings 20+ years of diverse real estate experience to which she has worked to elevate the lending experience. After several years as a REALTOR®, she joined the financing side of the business in 2012. This allows her to combine her love for the industry with her passion for agent education.
Shaleah is a VA Loan Expert and services 10 states in the Mid-West Region for Navy Federal Credit Union, whose team closed over 18.5 billion in 2025.
Additionally, Shaleah is active with the Kansas, Missouri, and Nebraska REALTOR® Associations. A lover of all things Florida, Shaleah resides in Pensacola with her husband Tino, and their two sons Costa and Hristos.
