DISCLAIMER: Contributions are not deductible for income tax purposes. Contributions to RPAC are voluntary and are used for political purposes. You may refuse to contribute without reprisal and the National Association of REALTORS® or any of its state associations or local boards will not favor or disfavor any member because of the amount contributed. 70% of each contribution is used by your state PAC to support state and local political candidates and 30% is sent to National RPAC to support federal candidates and is charged against your limits under 2 U.S.C. 441a; after the state PAC reaches its RPAC goal it may elect to retain your entire contribution for use in supporting state and local candidates. All contributions are strictly voluntary and there is no contribution necessary to win. A contribution will not increase your chances of winning and you will not be barred from participat¬ing if you choose not to make a contribution. If you would like an entry form without making a contribution, you must submit a written request via mail for a chance to enter the drawing to the KAR office at 3644 SW Burlingame Rd., Topeka, KS 66611, Attn: RPAC Raffle. Entries without contribu¬tion must be received at the KAR Office by 10:00 AM on December 8th, 2022, in order to qualify for the random drawing that will take place on or after December 10th, 2022.
