Home Study courses are a low-tech, non-classroom alternative to earn CE.
How Do Home Study Courses Work?
1. Read the course materials and complete the open-book exam.
2. Email or fax your Final Exam Answer Sheet to KAR for grading. The minimum passing score is 90%.
3. Upon completion, your education certificate will be sent to you (via email) and KREC will be notified by the KAR office.
All home study courses have been approved by the Kansas Real Estate Commission (KREC).

The cancellation fee is 20% of the registration fee. No refunds or transfers will be granted once the course has begun or materials have been picked up or shipped.
