Through The Right Track program, you will have a chance to sharpen your leadership skills, discuss the ins-and-outs of leadership with other REALTORS®, and discover how you can be the best you can be.
You will get advice from current state and national leaders, past association presidents and others who have lived leadership roles, and can help you advance in your leadership goals.
And finally, you will gain information on your industry, yourself and your career with this powerful program.
For these reasons and more, the leadership and staff of the Kansas Association of REALTORS® cordially invite you to apply for admission to The Right Track. The application deadline is November 1.
Four retreats are planned as part of The Right Track leadership program. For specific dates and locations for 2009, see the included schedule here.
The tuition cost for participants is $249 each, which includes the inspiring programming, materials, some meals for The Right Track and registration for the KAR Annual Convention. Individuals are responsible for their hotel room costs (when necessary) and travel costs.
Applications for The Right Track are invited from KAR members interested in serving in leadership roles in any organization. Participants are selected by a committee of KAR members. The number of participants is limited to 12 to encourage maximum personal participation. Please fill out the application and get on The Right Track to leadership today!
