Kansas Practice Course

We offer the Practice Course stricly in a home study format.  You receive a course book and an open-book test.  The test must be completed with a score of at least 90%.  If you do not receive a passing score we will tell you which questions you missed and you will re-do just those questions.  Once you achieve 90% we will send you your certificate.  You can fax or mail your answer sheet.  If mailing please keep a copy for your records.

Your Practice Course certificate is valid for 6 months and is a required part of your real estate license application.

ONLINE: ims.KansasRealtor.com and follow non-member instructions to purchase a product from the KAR store (you will NOT be registering for a class).  Under the heading, Professional Development Services, click on KAR Store - REALTOR® items, homestudies and more!, in the right column click on Practice Course Homestudy, then choose your course with a faxable exam or with an online exam.
