If your Board received notice that one of your KAR Board of Directors representatives has resigned from the Board by missing both meetings this year, you have until Aug. 15 in order to name their replacement. Members of the Board may only miss two meetings (of three) during each calendar year without being considered resigned, according to the KAR Bylaws. Replacement names may be mailed to KAR; faxed to 785-267-1867; or emailed to ceo@kansasrealtor.com.
