During the 2008 Legislative Session, the Kansas Legislature passed legislation (HB 2746) that made several major changes to the statutes and regulations governing advertising by real estate licensees. Under this legislation, the Kansas Real Estate Commission will require all advertising conducted by real estate licensees to prominently display the name of the supervising brokerage.
