NAR Pushing for Grace Period on Implementation of New RESPA/TILA Disclosures

On August 1, 2015, the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB) is planning on implementing new disclosure rules that will combine the RESPA and TILA disclosures into one set of disclosure forms. In response to concerns expressed by REALTORS®, mortgage loan providers and title companies, NAR is pushing for a grace period on the implementation of the changes.
