The REALTOR® Code of Ethics

The third quadrennial period for the NAR-mandated Code of Ethics Training has begun 2009-2012.  Meet this requirement early and get the training now!  Read below for more information about the REALTOR® Code of Ethics and training resources.

NAR Code of Ethics Minimum Criteria Standards for Training

As required by the NAR for the third quadrennial period, the KAR will be uploading class information as it relates to meeting the Code of Ethics training mandate to NRDS, populating the individual members' records. For a list of KAR classes taught since January 1, 2009 which meet the criteria for the quadrennial mandate, click here.
